Okay, Mimo777 has released a new clue and with all the responses I was getting, here is a new answer to the clue! : D
The image is actually a sketch of the Club Penguin map-only UPSIDE-DOWN : D Thanks to Doris for that great tip! 
And the red spot is The Snow Forts!
But, there are some weird things about the picture, so please do not jump to conclusions!! : D
Firstly, there are some places, like The Dock and The Ice Berg missing : D Is there any special meanings to it?
And, why are some regions on the image colored? For example, The Plaza and The Mountain.
This is really weird so I need more time to think and wait for Mimo777’s hints. I have to admit this is not a hard clue but a confusing one! : D
Meanwhile, please comment on this post and continue coming to this site : D I want to get 75 comments on this post and the hits that I wanted in my previous post! Please!! : D Then I will post more answers!!

Cool, I had figured out the clues by myself, but needed verification so I googled “mukluk server mimo.” In the comments on the CPG blog, everyone thinks the server is Big Foot. To bad for them. They are going to miss out on Mimo! Well, I think your site is awesome, I will definitely visit again.

ok well im bored and i like your website and mimo never posts any clues i give to the confused penguins so ill help u out a bit
theres a new party clue #4 and its pool balls. If you look carefully red circles will flash over the number of the ball, in the first picture it flashes over the number 8, and in the second its over the 7! 8 am and 7 pm cptz! he has done this because it is now 2 parties for each country i think! (australian, american and so on)
I works out the Easter island clue by myself and i think its official that it is 5th of April because i found that information on another website and wiki pedia sometimes lies as people can edit it! as a tip the statues are called Maori.
I too worked out that upside down map one and i actually think its snowforts. But the again theres a few coloured spots on the map and the dojo and iceburg are missing so thats wierd o o
